Cheese Curds

These are, without question, the best cheese curds I have ever had. First bite tells you everything: a delicate, golden crunch gives way to a rich, warm cheddar, with just the right amount of batter to complement the cheese rather than steal the show. They're indulgent without feeling heavy, and so ridiculously good that sharing becomes a test of character! The jalepeno jelly sauce is the real showstopper. Sweetness hits first, followed by a gentle kick that cuts thru the richness of the cheese and leaves you reaching for another curd before you finish the one in your mouth. It's that unexpected combo of sweet, tangy, savory, crunch y that tags this app to something truly memorable. I came in thinking cheese curds were cheese curds. I left knowing I'd find the standard by which all cheese curds must be judged!

This salad is the perfect mix of textures and flavors. The chicken (I've had both grilled and fried and both are delicious) is perfectly cooked, the crispy chickpeas give a nice crunch, the deviled egg is creamy, and the dressing is delightfully light. Always a winner!!!
