Goat Cheese Dip
Perfect temperature and ratio of honey to cheese. Filling but not too filling. Honestly, i would order it again. The only downside is it took 20 min! Really an appetizer took 20 min to get out? Probably just a one time thing.
Jambalaya
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cary Ale House & Brewing Company, and let me tell you---the Jambalaya is an absolute masterpiece! As someone who has tried authentic Cajun cuisine in New Orleans, I was blown away by how perfectly balanced and flavorful this dish was. The spice level was spot-on---just enough heat to wake up your taste buds but not so overpowering that it masks the rich, deep flavors. The sausage was smoky, the shrimp perfectly tender, and the chicken juicy and well-seasoned. Every bite was infused with that classic Creole kick, and the sauce clung to the rice just right---not too soupy, not too dry. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail---fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a portion size that left me completely satisfied. Pair it with one of their house-brewed craft beers, and you've got a meal that rivals any high-end gastropub. If you're anywhere near Cary, IL, do yourself a favor and try the Jambalaya. This dish alone is worth the trip, and Cary Ale House continues to prove why they're one of the best restaurants in the area. I'll be back for more, no question!
Rooster
I always order a Rooster Chicken Sandwich. I customize it, with cheddar cheese, ketchup & extra pickles. It's a masterpiece in simplicity, & always consistently perfect. The staff is more than pleasant to deal with, even for take out orders. The aim to please. I crave this yummy sandwich!
Smash Burger
Amazing smashburger ! My wife and I have been coming here since they opened. We love the atmosphere and the amazing vibe here. They actually catered to our wedding in 2020. Absolutely love this place !

Absolutely the best ever! I had my husband try a bite of mine and he orders it all the time now!!! He never orders a burger out, until now! Shout out to all who work here! You guys are the best!
Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese
This pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich is to die for. The flavor is so sweet and the meat is so tender. My friend who dined with had the Cheese burger with French fries (med rare) and said it was the best he has had in years - most restaurants cannot cook properly to medium rare and my friend is not easy to please so that was a huge bonus. We also had the deviled egg appetizer (Kudos as this is the ONLY restaurant I have ever dined at that offered my favorite) and they were perfect - I even tried the Siracha sauce as recommended ... I just went last week and am going again today. Best local establishment in Cary!!!
Pub Burger
Took most of the day to get a reservation in. Sure worth it. Food was great atmosphere was great. Thank you Beer was really great. Spruce Duce. ?
Steak Frites
The steak Frites was very good. The steak was cooked perfectly to rare which I have found does not happen often. Really good Parmesan fries and a nice sized salad. Was ordered as takeout had car trouble so they gracious delivered my meal so very kind. Will definitely order from here again.
Filet Sliders
A delicious treat, a delicate piece of filet grilled and topped with onions and you get three of em.
French Dip
Excellent food and service every time!
